As a zero-waste company, Iterum Foods converts restaurant and service inefficiencies and waste into streamlined, revenue-generating food establishments [instead of centers] focused on responsible production, consumption, reuse, and recovery of products, packaging, and materials; ultimately improving our communities, our environment, and human health. To achieve this goal, Iterum Foods combines industry expertise with world-class products and resources and technical know-how to deliver ethical, economical, and efficient solutions to transform the delivery and operations of the food service and hospitality industry.
